Return policy

For hygienic reasons, undergarments, swimwear and earrings are not refundable or exchangeable. Returns or exchanges of final sale merchandise will not be accepted.
Mexx is not responsible for lost or stolen credit notes, gift certificates or gift cards.
Gift cards are not refundable. Shipping and handling, and gift wrap costs are not refundable, unless the return was necessary due to shipment of an incorrect item or size or damaged or defective merchandise.

For your convenience, we offer two return options:

  • Return to our warehouse by mail
  • Return to a retail store in person

Return to our warehouse by mail

Mexx will REFUND, within 30 days of the order date, in the same method previously used for payment, merchandise that has not been worn or damaged, with price tags attached. A refund can be expected, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).
The postmarked date of the return package will be considered the return date. Credits for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. The packing slip is required at all times.

If you wish to return an item to our warehouse:

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original box.
  2. Complete the “reason for return” questionnaire on the packing slip and include the bottom portion of the packing slip in the return package. Keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email instead.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package and affix the return label portion below the outside of the box.
  4. We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
  5. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept C.O.D.

Returns to a retail store in person

Note: The refund will be granted in the form of a gift card.
To avoid paying for shipping to return an item, you may return it to one of our retail stores (Canadian locations only) for an EXCHANGE or REFUND within 30 days of your order date. Please make sure to have the packing slip and item(s) you wish to return on hand to facilitate the transaction.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
  2. Take your packing slip with you to the store as proof of purchase and price paid. If you do not have your original packing slip, please print a copy of the order confirmation email and bring it with you instead.

Reorder/Exchange

You may exchange your purchase in person at any one of our Mexx stores in Canada.

Exchanges cannot be made by mail. Instead, you must return the original order and place a new one. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait until after your return is processed to place a new order, items in your original order may no longer be available.

The packing slip will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items.

Price adjustment policy

Mexx will grant a ONE-TIME price adjustment on regular priced merchandise purchased from the online shop, within 7 days of purchase. Price adjustments will not be granted on already-reduced merchandise.
